Hi! My name is John and I live in Georgia. I'm looking at buying a cooper s between 02 and 05. What are advantages and disadvantages, common problems, things to know about, and everything else? A yearly break down would really help! Thanks!

 

I thought there was a post around here which did just that. I don't know where it is, or how to find it. However, I'll say there were significant upgrades to the 05s, so they're a good place to start, if I were in the marker for a used MINI, I probably wouldn't look further back than that.
