First hi, first question

For my r56 mcs jcw kit 205/40 R18 some one suggested Nitto Neogen tires insted of my dunlop expensive rft. Any one experienced this tire before.
Thanks and I'm glad to be able to participate.

No personal experience, although from what I can remember, I've heard mixed results. Some say they are great, while others say they are terrible. IIRC, some complained about bad wet traction.

Well, if you don't need all season, then I'd go with Falken Azenis RT-615. I have them for summer tires. GREAT Traction. Wet or Dry. Tread life isn't very long though.

You might want to consider Non-RFs. Call Alex at the Tire Rack, he can probably give you an answer on the Nitto tire and also give you advice on Non RFs.

I run Neo Gens in 215/45R17 for my summer tires currently. I think they're good for the money - I drive HARD including mountain twisties and the track. They DO "roll over" easily on the track... such that you get excessive sidewall wear. I haven't had this issue with extreme twisty driving including the Dragon. Grip is good, wet and dry. Not nearly in the same league as Star Specs or DS-G3's... but good. And very predictable at the limit. Wear seems pretty good - but I never get more than about 15K per set of any tires on the MINI given the way I drive.

The coolest thing about them is that they are VERY quiet, at least on my car they're deathly silent... eerie even.
