New to the forum with a tale of woe.......

Hello! I've owned my 2002 Mini since February and live in Oregon. In April, my son took the car to Arnold, MD to use. He had clutch issues @ 61,000mi. so he took the car to Annapolis MINI. I'm used to Rasmussen MINI in Portland and they provide stellar service. Annapolis was anything but. They refused to contact my extended warranty service provider so I wound up paying $3400 out of pocket. Didn't give my son a copy of the bill, didn't reset the service indicator or wash his car. And when it left the shop it was making grinding noises from the front left area, grinding noises from the rear, and the Tire Indicator light and Traction lights are on constantly. I just spent a week back there and I cringed every time we drove it.

Anyway, I've tried to find an independent repair shop but haven't had any luck. I really am quite leery to take the car back since I feel we got shafted so any help anyone could give would be much appreciated!!

Kimberley

Wow, that is horrible! I wish you well and hope someone from that area will be able to steer you in the right direction! Good luck.
