Possibly moving up to a R56!

Hello Guys,

Just thought id give a little introduction.
I currently drive a 2007 Honda Fit Sport. Its my first car(im 16)and i truely LOVE it. Im also a Administartor over at FitFreak.net, the leading Honda Fit forum.
Anyway, im thinking of moving on, after my short year and 3months of ownership of the Fit. Ive out grown the car already, im a avid driving enthuisasts, and it just doesnt deliver to poeple like me. It handles great, but 89whp doesnt do the trick.
Quik Pic of the Fit-

Now on to the Mini.
Im looking at ordering a 09 MCS, 6MT, Laser Blue, iPod/Bluetooth.
Thats all the options im looking for. I dont need anything fully loaded, and since its a S it already comes with sports seats and many goodies.
Look foward to keeping you guys posted on my hunt

P.S-This forum is top notch, been lurking here a couple days now, and i really love the forum already

Happy Motoring!
Tyler

Welcome aboard! I don't even have mine yet, but I can tell you that you won't be disappointed! And you'll notice a tiny difference between 89hp and 172.

Nice looking Fit though. It looks sportier there than many I've seen on the road.

$500.00 or $1000.00 should do it. California might be different though.

Welcome.

Most dealers here in Florida take a $1000 deposit to order a car. A few only take $500.

I see you plan on getting Bluetooth/Ipod. You might want to add the $250 for the multi-function steering wheel so you get controls for both Ipod and phone at your fingertips. It's also the only way to get cruise control if that matters to you.

+1 Excellent point and well worth it IMO!

And note that the deposit is completely refundable (in all but the most rare cases as in one I saw from FL). You have up until the car comes in and you inspect it and take it for a test drive to decide whether or not you want it. Absolutely no pressure to buy it (only because they'll be able to turn a profit on next person to walk in the door if you don't take it).

Awesome, thanks for all the info guys Much apprecaited.
Ill definetly be going for the Multi function wheel.

Now i just gotta figure if i want to sell my Fit our right, or trade. Trade will be much easier, since i can keep my car up untill my MCS arrives at the dealer, then do the trade, right?
But if i sell out right, ill be able to get close to what i payed for it new, back in July 07.
