Howdy. I've been lurking on this site for a while, and now it is time for a brief intro:

I'm just an older guy who lives on the coast just south of San Francisco. I havn't purchased my Mini yet, but will be pulling the trigger as soon as I figure out the color/option combination.

Sporty motorcycles are my thing and I've only owned pick-ups so I'm really looking forward to this as my first new 'car'.

I've have quite a bit of track time dedicated to motorcycles, and I'm interested in taking the Mini out on course a time or two, but this will be my main source of transportation!
