Here it is. The interface is extremely simplistic, and I will expand on the widget in the future, but hey, it'll at least keep people from needing to listen to that music on the OL tracker!

I may just be a bit too early in the process to start tracking via the widget, but when I enter my product no, it switches screens and then I see Enter a Vehicle No as though I have not entered one, yet the product no. has been saved. At the Owner's Lounge it shows on order,. Does the car need to be at least at the Production point to start working?

Not sure what's happening but, no, you do not need to be further along the production line to have the widget work. Wish I could be more helpful.

Well that makes three of us and it has always worked fine for me, though I did just update my OS to Leopard. Hopefully someone can give you a hand...but remember it's still just the Owner's Lounge and will never give you the same satisfaction or accuracy as speaking to a human at ASK MINI.

 

As far as I can tell... It looks like when mini rolled out the CarFunFootprint campaign, they upgraded the mini tracking system which breaks the MacOS widget.

I was getting ready to -finally- finish the windows version of the client when I noticed the old HTTP requests weren't giving the same response. I've emailed miniusa asking for a simple interface for info about build status and vehicle info.

Yes, the wonderful widget stopped working for me, a Mac user, several weeks ago.
