i am go n to buy a mini cooper s. i just need to no what year model to get. and should i get new or used.

The '08s are out now. Perhaps your dealer has some 07s still in lot? Test drive a new one and a used one, then decide. Used cost less, though not by an awful lot, I noticed when I got mine a year ago. MINIs tend to keep their value.
