Ship Site not working
Ship Site not working
My car was put on the ship over a week ago. The WW ship site link from the how to track your Mini sticky is showing" No tracking information is available for the cargo listed" , I have checked the VIN for accuracy many times and entered it several times but still no ship info. Has anyone else had this problem with tracking?
Hi there - I'm in a similar situation. The Owner's Lounge shows my vehicle as 'in transit' for a couple of days now and it is nowhere to be found. There are a few other shipping co's that are used and have no tracking available(KLine and ?), so maybe you're on one of them. Check the first few posts of this thread if you like. You might have to contact your MA to find out what ship yours is on.

You're both probably on a KLine ship. They don't do VIN tracking. And they do a horrible job of reporting weather coordinates into sailwxx. About the best you can do is look at the schedule and try to figure out which ship you are on. Here's where the schedule is:

It's kinda of a strange layout. It's not obvious to read. And you probably were put onto a ship and left Southampton a couple of days before the Owner's Lounge said transit.
RedHotPepper, I'm betting you're on Sierra Nevada Highway which pulled into Baltimore a couple of days ago.
Weinerdog, I'm betting you're on Western Highway which pulls into Baltimore Tuesday.
Both get to Charleston 2 days later which means Sierra Nevada has already unloaded and left. Once you get unloaded, it seems like it takes a day to 'transfer' to Immigration (the VDC) and another day to get out on a truck. With the holiday, no telling how long to process your car RedHotPepper.
