I found a mini, here are the details from the current owner.

Replaced front-driver-side tire
All tires are good for the next 1 year
All brakes good (currently at 7mm, replace at 3mm, started at 11mm)

Not sure what to think. I have seen the car in person but I think 22k might be a little steep. Let me know what you guys think.

Ya might try posting this same info in the first gen forum...might get some additional response. Yes, it seems a tad bit steep for an '06, but the car is pretty loaded and miles are low.

I was told once that Minis depreciate only about $200 a year...and that seems to synch with KBB and some other resources. While $22k might give you a twinge, it's still not bad for a.) the milage, b.) the packages, c.) the warranty and d.) the dealer options all put together. If the car "speaks" to you, don't let it slip away. Older (used seems such a dirty word for a Mini) cars with that much to offer don't last long and don't happen often.

I hope to get a MCS soon and by those specs and that price I would buy that. With all the packages it has you would be saving a lot with this purchase then if you went to the dealer for a new one. If I was you I would go for it!!!!!
