I ordered my LaB/W on Friday, called and added DSC on monday, which my MA said was ok because she didn't have the produciton number yet. But now it's Thursday and I haven't gotten a call with the number yet. How long is it suppose to take?

 

I've heard it could be days, and even weeks before people get theirs. It varies by dealership. I left the dealer with mine in hand the day I ordered. Keep bugging your MA for a date for when they'll have it for you.

Your MA should be able to tell you when to expect a production number. We waited a month, and just as our MA said, we were assigned a production number.

The production number is a function of the allotment of vehicles to the dealership.

Unfortunately you can't start any of the real fun in figuring out where your mini is until you get that number. So bug them regularly. Every hour.
