Howdy, all!
I've just ordered myself a new 2008 MC MY/B and am in the anxious period of waiting. They estimated 6-8 weeks, but I don't even have a production number, yet, so I can't track it.
I'm currently driving a 2003 MC CR/W and am really excited about trading up to the R56. Just from the test drive, I can tell how much of an upgrade this is going to be.
That's it. Just wanted to say "hi." *waves*

Ooh - another MY owner! Not many of us floating around here. I'm waiting (im)patiently on my convertible. Should be here any day now. Good luck with the waiting and have fun with your current MINI in the meantime!

Thanks, all!
I'd have thought MY would be more popular. There are two LY R53's in the parking lot where I work. Personally, I wasn't much of a fan of the LY, but I do like the darker MY. Would love to see pics, when your cabrio comes in, Holly!
Not having so much fun with my current MINI. I've been involved in two pretty bad rear-end collisions since I bought him (I was the one rear-ended, both times), and even though it's not his fault, the poor boy just doesn't drive like he used to.
There're only so many parts you can replace before you just have to put the old guy down, unfortunately. But, on the other hand, I get to look forward to that new-car drive all over again.
