Welcome to NAM.

Check here for some good illustrations: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.d...21&hg=51&fg=15

Also, the Bentley Press Complete Official Mini Cooper Workshop Manual is the best investment you can make for a Mini, this side of tools.

if you plan on doing more stuff to your Mini I think you should look into a Maint. manual. bently publishers makes a good one. I got one as soon as I picked up my Mini and it tells you how to remove, replace, and service just about everything in our cars.

It is really quite easy to get off. 8 attachment points. The attachments in the wheels wells have two hex bolts. One is for up and down adjustments and the other is for removal. It is hard to get the removal one off because the adjustment one is slightly in the way. If you remove both .... It is easy to re-adjust the bumber position. 4 screws across the bottom in front. 2 on top. I think I needed sockets, torxs, and a phillips to remove everything.
