Just purchased mine!

Now starts the 6 weeks of insomnia!

I've been browsing the forums for a while. Only have a few posts, but I've learned a ton from everyone here and feel like a very informed buyer. Thanks to everyone and I can't wait to join the Mini community!

By the way, this is the first car I will have owned. I've saved up for years and put off buying something else so I could have the Mini be my first.

Here are my specs:

Cooper S
Chili Red paint
Roof and mirror caps in black
Rooster Red Leather/Carbon Black Cloth
Color Line Rooster Red
Anthracite headliner
Cold Weather Package
- Power folding mirrors
- Heated mirrors and washer jets
- Heated front seats
Premium Package
- Dual pane panoramic sunroof
- Automatic air conditioning
- MINI HiFi sound system
Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)
Multi-function sports leather steering wheel
Limited slip differential
Xenon headlights
Rear fog lamp
Navigation system
White turn-signal lights

Congratulations! Sounds like it's going to be a great car! It sounds like we're in similar situations... I've saved up for mine for years as well. It's not my first car, but it's my first new car. The car I'm driving now is from 1993. And I just finally ordered my MINI yesterday, so I know how you feel! What production week are you?

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! That's the best thing about the Mini ... not just buying a car ... but getting a great community as well.

Just called Ask Mini and they said that it looks like mine is scheduled for the 2nd week of February (week 7?) Not sure what that means as far as when it's expected to be at my dealer then.

The waiting is so ridiculously hard
