Yello, I ordered my Mini in Los Angeles 19 days ago and Mini.com says it's still on order and so does ASK MINI, is this normal for a car to be on order this long? I'm a fairly patient guy, but I like to see some progress every once in a while.

 

Can be normal. Mine was "on order" for over a month.

 

It all depends on how many allocation spots your dealer gets and how many orders are in the queue ahead of you. Your dealer should be able to give you an idea of when you order will actually be placed at the factory. Good luck - the waiting and tracking will drive you nuts!
