Spent a cold and wet Saturday in Charleston, SC, big puddles(they don't call it "the low country"for nothing).

I did not have the patience to wait for a new car to transit the Atlantic, maybe next time. I narrowed my choice down to 3 MINIs, all "S", 2 07s and an 08 and I chose the '07 Silver, with black roof, premium pkg and what became a decision maker, the IPOD connector.

As much as I appreciated all of the feedback, I received, about what options to go for, I did'nt really listen or frankly even care once I got behind the wheel for a test drive.

The overall, buying experience, was first rate and I will definitly return to Charleston for all service appointments.

I figure, I now have a fun car to enjoy and when I decide to get another, I will take full advantage of the "configurator".

 

Ummmmmmm... aren't you forgeting something ??

Well, it's nice you can buy them off the lot...used to be a time when there weren't any MINIs on the lots!!!

I visited a gathering a couple of weeks ago and knew, immediatly I would have a MINI, sooner rather than later.
