my name is Maarten, I bought a mini 2002 with 16000 miles.
I shipped it out from NY to Tarija Bolivia.
During transport the panorama roof was destroyed and with it the antenna. It was just torn off. The problem I have with the car is that we don't know how to switch off the alarm. The battery was obviously dead, when it arrived. I charged it and now it comes on and nobody knows how to go around. It will not switch on, I can't drive my car. It is like this more than 2 months now.
Please help!!!!
