I'm in the UK and just thought I'd pop along, join and say Hi.

I'm currently on my 3rd 'new' Mini. I've had:

2003 Red / Black Cooper
2004 Dark Silver / Black Cooper S

and my current car is a 2005 Space Blue Checkmate S JCW.

I'm off to post in the checkmate owners club thread now.....

thanks batgirlwildcat - not sure I'll be continuing with the new 2007 model as I'm not a big fan yet.
ps. I like malibustacey - interestingly a friend of mine had a rock band with the same name!

thanks Yucca Patrol - I actually kept the 2003 Cooper for 2 years and bought the S when it was a year old. My checkmate is a late 2005. As I mentioned above I may well be ending my life of Mini's with my JCW as I'm not a fan of the new model - hoping to keep this one for a few more years yet though.

Bradford is in West Yorkshire (kinda middle of the UK) - near some fabulous driving roads
