I've got the fever

I test drove a cooper and now I am hooked. I have been trying to fight it off for the past several weeks, but it will not go away. NAM is not helping either . I drove a MC and MCS and find them both a blast to drive. I have a 16 year old son, so for now I think it best to order an MC and not the MCS. I have built many cofigurations and so far have narrowed it down to this.

'08 MC (Manual)
Pure Silver w/Black roof
Premium Package
Leatherette
Sport Seats
Xenon Lights
Fog Lights
Leather Sport Wheel w/Multifunction
Total: $21,950

I plan to add the factory roof rack along with (2) Thule bike fork mount trays that I currently own. Hopefully I can wait until the first of the year to order my new MC. I am trying to convience myself that receiving it by springtime is best.

By the way - Great Forum!

Welcome to NAM - good luck on your strategy of trying to wait to place your order. Once you do place an order, don't forget to drive yourself nuts tracking your baby through production and shipping! Here is a good place to start:
