Wondering if you are happy with it .. seems a bit loose on mine..just not as tight as the leatherette or the otehr leather options?? anybody feel the same way? Especially on the seat part of it..seems kinda loose

 

I agree... I've seen LOTS of MINIs with leather seats where the bottom of the seat stretches out and looks horrible over time. In fact, it happened to our R53 with blue/black leather seats.

After that happened we always buy the leatherette seats now and couldn't be happier with them (haven't had any stretching problems at all and the leatherette looks great). Personally, and IMHO, you should save the $2,000 bucks on the leather and put it into other options in the car. It may look great when new, but what's it going to look like 50,000 miles down the road???

I mean, i hope it ages well as i got leatherette in my car! haha

 

Been there already and it still looks like new after 50,000 miles on our R53 car.
