I my name is Mat i picked up my first mini about two months ago.
Im from central New jersey, saw ia guy in newark one day and he told me to check out the site...

I also have a little problem my 03 Cooper S has been very good to me but on friday morning i was going to leave for work and it wouldnt start, all my lights came on everything was fine except for the car wouldnt turn over.
I came back home that afetr noon and it started perfectly fine, i didnt get it.
the same thig has happened for the past two days i even tried putting a new battery in it yesterday and the same thing happend this morning.

Some one please help i cant miss anymore days of work, what do i do?

Not sure if I can help you with your issue though. Is the MINI throwing any type of codes when this happens? Have you checked for dirty battery terminals?

Welcome to NAM. Any time I've had a problem like that (though not with my MINI), it's been the alternator.

 

I serched around and actually took it back to morristown mini of nj this afternoon, lets hope they can help me...

ok so i got the call from the dealership and they told me that it need to be reflashed... simple as that i hope it doesnt stir up more problems
