Hopeful!

Hi all,

I'm so happy to have come across this forum!! This will suit my drooling/fantasizing needs nicely.

I've had only one car so far, a 97 Toyota Tercel, and she's been very good to me.. even when I haven't been so great to her , so I'm going to try to be faithful and drive her until her wheels fall off. Afterward, when I have paid my respects to the magic of Toyota reliability.. IT'S ON.

I'll probably buy a nicely-outfitted base Cooper, instead of the S, to suit my nagging voice of practicality. After all, I'm accustomed to 92 horsepower, so any more than that feels like I'm preparing for liftoff anyway wee! BUT we'll see how it goes.

Either way, I need to save up a nice money cushion to get out of my parents' house first.

At least I have my trusty yellow Dickie RC Cooper to keep me company in the meantime (it's good for chasing my parrot).

Motor on, folks! See you around the boards.

Sydney
