I ordered my mini a week ago. Has it really only been one week? A PWMCS with sport stripes, and I cannot wait.
I have been visiting the forums here for the last week. Not sure reading the friendly, happy mini owner posts is helping to keep my mind of the wait, but I sure am learning a lot. Thank you all for sharing your experience. I'll know more about this car before I ever drive it than I do about the Jeep Liberty I've been driving around VA for the past 5 yrs.
Now I can get back to reading here without feeling like a stalker!

Where in VA are you? Try attending one of the area gatherings or benefits to get you by on the waiting period. We drove out to the Guinness World Record attempt before ordering mine. Met a great group of people. Our local group has two upcoming events scheduled.

Funny that you mentioned that you know more about this car than your older Liberty. I felt the same way when I had my 4Runner; this car has really giving me that "giggle" feeling that I had lost.

thank you all for the welcome. went in to see my MA today to add rear fog lights. mentioned that the options in the owners lounge were wrong two weeks late and sure enough when she checked, they had left a few of my options off. so glad i had been obsessing about having a missing toggle switch on the panel!
