Four days in and already a close call!

I'm driving down the hwy today. Going about 8mph over the speed limit. I am slightly granny-like right now thanks to a bad wreck last month. Some Ahole in a huge truck just starts moving into my lane. Right where I am at. I rode the shoulder for a minute until he realized what he was doing. He veers back over and then swoops in behind me because someone was turning left in front of him and he was too impatient to wait, and as he was doing this, I was braking because of a tractor in my lane. I glance up in my rearview mirror and he is barrelling down on me like you wouldn't believe, I was certain I was going to get assended, and he swoops back into the left lane, barely missing a car over there. Seriously. How can one idiot almost cause two wrecks with the same person?? I just hope that wherever he was going was real important. Probably mcd's for a triple quarter pounder. Redneck.

GRRRRR!!!!

I am a magnet for stupid drivers. I'm starting to wonder if my mini is going to live a very long life. Or myself, for that matter.

I totally thought of that.

Five miles down the road.

surely down there you must have an easy to call number?

we have *OPP for our Ontario Provincial Police (state trooper)

and with the recent "racing" incidents, they are on speeders like a cop on a donut...

After you safely pull into a turn-off to use your cellphone.

You will find bad drivers all over, if you have been driving your MINI only a few day (First MINI?), I have found that we are pretty sensitive to anything remotely bigger than us. We are sensitive to our physical space, it does get better, but aholes are still aholes.

Report the redneck.

I meant the license plate part. He floored it as soon as he got over.

I thought of still calling it in, but the very specific description of "a big red truck" probably wouldn't have gotten me too far since 1/2 the vehicles out here fit that description.

I actually had a honda del sol, which is even smaller, before this. A girl pulled out on the same highway. She couldn't see what was coming because of a large truck waiting to turn. She was trying to cross the E-bound traffic to get to the median to go w-bound. There was already a car in the median, though, so she had nowhere to go so she was stopping, her car sideways across two lanes of traffic. I saw her as I hit her, basically. Didn't even get my foot on the brake. I was going a good 55mph. Witnesses told me how it happened.

Before that I had Jeep Cherokee, and I was still a magnet for stupid drivers. Totaled it when some girl pulled out in right front of me. She waited at stop sign for a full 15 seconds, and pulled out right as I got there. Then she hit the gas and drove into a lake right beside the road.
