hello everyone. i just joined to get more informed on mini coopers. im test drove one last week and fell in love with it, my g/f says that sounds very cheesy but its true. i am gonna sell my 2 cars, 99 trans am and 06 focus, to get one. im pretty excited and can't wait to get into one. are the new ones know for having any repeat problems that i should be aware of? thanks
Welcome, you have been assimilated.

The jury is still out on the overall reliability for the R56's. Pretty much an all new car compared to the R53.
Stay tuned to this station though, for late breaking news!

Welcome to NAM!
Once you've caught the fever, its really hard to get over!
R53 is the end of a production run (02-06) R56 is the new production. Turbo rather than supercharger, and lots of other stuff to intrigue you!
Go to the MINIUSA.com to see what all is offered and have a ball!!

Welcome Sean,
I have a 2003 MIni S and have been in love .
I just got it in May and got a great deal with only 9000 miles . It has truly been a joy to drive and many compliments on the color. which is pearl gray and silver.
Good luck in finding the one you want
