Hello all! My wife and I just ordered a 2007 Pure Silver Mini Cooper S 6 SPD. We are very excited about it and will be picking it up Thursday. The car is currently in the body shop getting the roof painted to match my 07 FJ Cruiser. I look forward to sharing our mini experiences with you all and hearing yours as well!

Hello everyone! My dark silver S is in production week 25. I'm here in sunny Phoenix waiting to hear more news!

Since I'm in neutral and just getting started I've already ordered his license plate "JustJak" He is going to have the gray scale union jack on his sun roof. Can't wait to see!

Pure Silver all over or PS/B or PS/W. Since your getting the roofs matched, probably does not matter. Post some pictures when you get both of them together. We do like to see pictures of new MINIs.

I bet the FJ gets to be a low mileaqe car except for the camping trips.

hehe thx, the mini is the Pure Silver and the FJ is Titanium Metallic so hopefully they should be close. Here is a pic of my FJ.

What were the characters' names, though (as opposed to the actors' names)? (I am not "quizzing" you, I just can't recall.)

 

As the hubby pointed out since Danny's character was "left over parts" I don't think that's appropriate for the mini - however the big/small comparison is apt. :-)
