I am driving Margaret, my 06 Mini that has 35K miles, to PUerto Vallerta, Mex in a few weeks and staying the winter. We will then drive through Central America to Nicaragua in the spring. I need to know where I can get her serviced.

Also if anyone has driven from Nogales to PV with a dog and knows of places to stay PLEASE let me know.

Are you driving by youself?????? BE CAREFUL!!! I lived across the border for 2 yrs and it's not a fun or safe place to be driving....just my opinion!

I posted some info on the other site. I traveled many times from Nuevo Lared to GDL with a cat so know your predicament. I lived there for 14 months and traveled extensively. Traveling in Mexico is a challenge but what an adventure!!! If you speak any Spanish it will be a HUGE help. See the other post lest I repeat mysel here. Hasta luego.
