Meticulously maintained from day one. All service is up to date including any recalls. Recently replace power steering hoses, oil pan gasket, thermostat housing etc. (The stuff they seem to need) This MINI is in incredible shape and needs nothing. 100% ready to roll. It's quick and handles amazing. ONE flaw on the whole car is a scratch on the drivers door. Hard to see but it's there. About an inch long. Normally needs to be pointed out. First owner in his 50's. I'm in my 50's. Detailed often and smooth as glass. Once again, needs nothing and one like this is a rare find. Contact Willie for any questions. Thanks for looking.
Feel free to call at 805-857-six-nine-two-eight.

Nice list of upgrades ... but the question is whether someone is willing to pay that much over KBB for them.

Thanks MINIAC. I was thinking the superior condition, low miles and tasteful upgrades would make this MINI worth a small premium. Only time will tell. I'd be open to a reasonable offer but haven't had any :-( It's such a great car and I don't want to give it away but it's just not being driven and it should be. Thanks again for the feedback and have a Merry Christmas!

Worth a Premium
There is extra value in this car. The 05 and 06 Generation 1 cars are considered the most desirable and this car is one of the lowest mileage Gen 1 cars to be listed on this forum in a while. Many, if not most, Gen 1 cars now have over 100,000 miles on them. For a car with only 1/4 of the miles, most buyers should be willing to pay significantly more. I hope a person who appreciates a MINI with low miles finds this one.

As a Comparison ..I bought my 2006 MCS This past Feb and paid $10,900 with only 31,000 ....The previous owner Loaded it up with options ..has LSD and Navigation ...Only option it doesnt have is Leather and rear foglight ....Not sure if that helps you trying too sell it at a reasonable price ....

It'd figure I'd see this after I buy mine. This is one sweet ride. KBB, Edmunds, et all are guides only. Is this car priced over the books? Yes, but those books also assume the cars listed are your average MCS, and judging from the list of upgrades and pics, this car is a steal. Just to purchase this car as stock and then upgrade it would far exceed what the asking price is here. This is a heck of a bargain, for the right buyer - that is critical, finding the right buyer.
GLWS, Willie, you've got one hot MCS there! Here's a free bump.

Thanks ApexinM3. I appreciate your positive comments and opinion. This MINI is really as close to flawless as one can find. Everyone who sees it is amazed. Someone is going to get a very sweet 100% ready car. Not to mention the list of upgrades and low mileage. Hope everyone had a great Christmas celebration!

Thanks K9. I'm a little surprised this MINI isn't gone myself.

Nice car, would love to have it but I don't even drive my current car enough to justify a second mini. The market speaks as long as it is well advertised, then the price isn't where it needs to be. If it is a car that will appreciate in price then that is one story, otherwise it is probably going the opposite direction. Just playing devils advocate as everyone else seems to tell you it is a steal.
Best of luck with hopefully a sale.

Sweet ride, I would love to have another low mileage R53. Mine has 51k. If the wife was not on my case about mine. I would buy it. Either way I'll ask around to see if I can help you sell her.
Ps. If you ever wanna sell the Forge TMIC PLEEEEASE hit me up.
