Members Not Able to Log-On to NAM

Mark,
My thanks to you too for resolving this issue. Because I could "tracert" into "theplanet" it looked like an internal problem their end - and as you confirm it was. What was not helpful was their tech support response to me of "contact the web site"; didn't they notice the problem was that I could not access the web site

Finally back in!

rr.com in Charlotte, NC let's me in to NAM after 4 days.

It will be interesting to see if it works when i get home. I have SBC yahoo and was off for 4 days as well.

Don't know if it is just some different issue, but "GP" just posted a comment on my weblog that ?he/she? cannot get into NAM again.

I had the problem reappear this afternoon after doing some maintenance on our server. It should be resolved now though (and I know how to prevent it from happening in the future ).

Sorry....I was setting up an test domain yesterday to work on migration of NAM to a new version of software and broke things without knowing. That said I was able to fix it myself and now understand what to do to prevent it. Sorry for the problems and glad everyone needs to have their NAM fix :smile:
