They have made a change to correct this so please let me know if you continue to have problems accessing the site. My thanks to you too for resolving this issue. Because I could "tracert" into "theplanet" it looked like an internal problem their end - and as you confirm it was. What was not helpful was their tech support response to me of "contact the web site"; didn't they notice the problem was that I could not access the web site

Hi Mark, thanks for resolving this problem because man I couldn’t log on all day today.

Sorry....I was setting up an test domain yesterday to work on migration of NAM to a new version of software and broke things without knowing. That said I was able to fix it myself and now understand what to do to prevent it. Sorry for the problems and glad everyone needs to have their NAM fix :smile:
