Power steering return line banjo torque?
I'm fighting a PS leak. I replaced my return line a few weeks ago (along with the pump, fan, reservoir, etc.). The banjo fitting was really tight coming off. I didn't realize that the washers on the banjo fitting were crush washers so I didn't replace them. Then it was leaking so I ordered up a new banjo bolt and crush washers and replaced them assuming that those were the issue...still leaking.
Now I'm wondering if I'm too tight or not tight enough.
I'm looking for the torque spec on the banjo bolt along with any advice.

The return line torque is 30 ft lbs, make sure to add that little extra umph to crush the washers. I've never seen them leak from being overtorqued, but you don't want to strip the rack/bolt out. Reasonably I would say 35 ft lbs would be more than adequate.
