January incentives?

So we sold my wife's 2013 Countryman, want to buy a 2 door hardtop. Called my salesperson who we've been working with for about 6 weeks and she couldn't even give me a price because the January incentives aren't out yet. Today is the 5th and the miniusa website still says
"COMING SOON.
This month’s special offers aren’t here yet, but they’re on the way. Check back soon to see the latest offers on a new MINI."

How can they sell any cars without being able to give a price??

As of 8:15pm, still no updates....don't know how they've sold any cars this year.

Talked with my MA buddy at Seattle MINI - the incentives definitely dropped yesterday...

Sounds like they changed how a lot of programs work - maybe they were waiting to understand them all?

The only Jan incentives are 1.4% financing. No Loyalty Cash, nothing.

Then to top it off I had called my salesperson Wed morning to get a price as we had sold our Countryman. Fri night she still couldn't give me a price other than MSRP because her manager was off that day. Saturday we drove out of town to another dealer and bought a 2 door S Hardtop from a dealer who actually cared if they made a sale.

Lots of info on MINI buying, leasing and negotiating a car deal here if you haven't waded through it already:
