Swapping to lighter wheel?

I have an R60 with factory sport suspension, and the sport package R127 wheels + all season run flats

My guess is the wheels are heavy ~ 30lbs

I am thinking of moving to Enkei Tuning TSP6 18x8 at 20lbs

I only have 5500 miles on the car in 1 year and use mostly for commuting (sometimes spirited :-)). I plan to keep the run flats initially.

I am not doing this for aesthetics, only for performance/ feel

Do you think I will notice any differences?

The R127 is 29.5#
The Enkei 18x8 is almost 10# lighter per wheel.
The BBS RF Forged 18x8 is stronger and lighter (18#) but would break the bank.

How about a set of OZ 17x7.5 Legerra HLT
even lighter at 17.8#, and a very strong wheel for
its weight, and the tires for it should be
more comfortable and the rims less likely
to bend on a pothole than with 18" wheels
and lower profile tires.

Makes sense. Means I would need to buy all new tires also - so looking at $2k in total. Do you think I would notice the difference in everyday driving?

Small difference in acceleration and braking due to the lower
rotational inertia, bigger difference in ride comfort and tire
adhesion on rough roads and bumps due to the much lower
unsprung weight.
