That sucks.
You definitely need gloves since the bolt should be pretty warm, if the oil is warm. You could always do the same with a socket set or torx screw driver.

My parents live in Ocean Pines. My dad said he's been going to Walmart to get the oil changed in their cars. He has been really satisfied with the service. Mind you, he's a certified mechanic that used to own two service stations. He's retired and is getting tired of doing it himself (he's 66 years old). If he says Walmart is OK, then I'd try them. Good luck.
