Sorry about the engine loss. I agree with your assessment that 05-07 seem to be the most reliable ones. I bumped into someone in Baltimore on Saturday, 04 Justa - 92,000 miles, normal maintenance and care. No out of the ordinary maintenance. So, I've read about the maintenance .. and the owners that I've talked to are not really complaining about anything. Do you know what the motor died from? 7k for a used motor, exhaust and clutch seems a bit high.

I looked at the red 05 S yesterday .. 132k miles and no warranty of any kind - 'As Is'. In reality, that's probably typical (as it is a high mileage car) .. but it would be nice if there was at least a 30 day warranty from a dealer lot.
