After insuring that the lenses fit perfectly and snug and the welds were strong - a small amount of 2part Apoxie putty was all that was needed to smooth and finish the welded joints.

The WURTH paint was laying down beautifully until the nozzle began to have a seizure and spattered dark globs all over the fresh paint.
