Looking for a set of used 16" wheels for snow tires for my wife's 2019 Cooper S, 16" x 6.5", 5 Lug, 112mm Bolt Pattern, 54mm Offset is what's on the car now. They don't have to be pristine. Mid-Atlantic area.

When I think of driving in snow and ice!!

Find a set of steelies!!
They're cheap, they bend rather than break if you slide into a curb, allowing you to limp home.
The steel wheels will also bend and absorb the force of impact rather than the suspension.
