225-60-16
only used for one season, was going to put on the mini but ended up never getting around to it! $200 picked up for all 4 northeast of Philly.

225width on 16" for winter tire ???

I would not put anything wider than 205

it may not be an 'ideal' size, but these tires are incredible

I ran them on my last car.

Was your last car a Cooper? I'd be more concerned that the overall diameter would fit under the arches or rub. OE tire sizes according to TireRack.com are 195/55-16, 205/45-17, and 205/40-18. 225/60-16 is ~2" larger in diameter than all three.
