There's been about ten threads over the past six months of people looking for CR mirror caps. The demand is higher than the supply.

You MIGHT get lucky and find someone with a used set. I didn't. I just went ahead and bought a pair of primed caps from Morristown MINI (best prices online of any dealership in the country) and had them painted professionally.

Good luck but you will probably end up going a similar route.
