Webb Motorsports Update
Whew! Getting caught back up is no easy task!
We are finally getting back on top of things again, including testing, Pulley Parties, product development, customer calls, orders, and e-mails.
Some of this is due to the new implementations around Webb Motorsports. Scott is handling a lot, and has revamped the office. Orders are much more organized, and soon there will be a new level of efficiency that has always been sorely lacking. All orders are processed same day now, and billing has been made much more straightforward (something transparent to the customer, but helpful to me!).
James has been doing a great job of tackling the mighty task of phone messages we receive daily, and it has been some time since we have had a full mailbox! That in itself is a miracle. We are trying to spend more time n returning calls, and bettering customer response - you are why we are here!
Rich has taken over the website support, and the changes coming are drastic! He has worked with me on revamping the entire site, and we will be adding a shopping cart!!! It also has many new features, but will have the same look and feel. I think all of the users will be very happy with the results. I've seen some of the prototype stuff, and it is amazing.
On that note, the website will be down starting at Friday, May 20, 10:00PM Mountain Time for about 24 hours to make some changes. It will return over the weekend.
We are also getting close on some Webb Motorsports brand products that are unique in the industry. It looks like the first products will be an exhaust, an intake, and a rear swaybar. This will be in addition to our camber plates, droplinks, throttle body, Unichip mapping, and front mount intercooler. There are more developments in the works as well...
Product testing has been furious, and we are happy to announce the GRS data is posted - take a look in the Product Evaluation forum of WebbMotorsports.com in the Garage section. The Larini header, Fast Forward cat-back, and Alta crank pulley data will all be posted soon as well. Further testing will soon include the M7 pulley and Air Gain System.
More Pulley Parties are in the works - SoCal and NorCal will be next after the Buffalo (this weekend) and North Carolina events are completed. Someone mentioned Chicago and Boston again too - we'll see!
I am also happy to announce that we now have a dedicated order e-mail address, appropriately named orders@webbmotorsports.com. This e-mail is checked every day, and orders are processed that same day. This is one more way to give me more time to cater to customers in return phone calls and e-mails.
Again, please note that the website will be down on Friday at 10:00PM MST for 24 hours.
