We have been busy as usual here at Webb Motorsports. Just a couple of notes on what's new and in development:

TCE Performance brake kits are now available through Webb Motorsports. These kits perform at the same level as most big dollar kits at a very reasonable price. They also fit more wheels than those other guys big brake kits.

Also available on the braking front are the Wilwood factory kits, which allow the use of some 15" wheels. Again, these are a fraction of the cost of the other kits, and the quality is excellent.

The Webb Motorsports Camber Plates have proven to be very reliable during our SCCA enduro outing, even in "off-road" conditions (call for the full story on that one). These are the best units available on the market, hands down.

We also now have back in stock, as of Friday, the Milltek cat-back and UUC cat-back.

Both of these units, as well as the Borla, are available for all MINIs, including '04 and later.

Our new intake manifold and intercooler runners are also new, and are the only units on the market. These provide much smoother airflow, and have proven on the dyno to make power not only in the upper RPM range (as much as 7hp), but at all RPMs - making at least 3 horsepower even at 2500 RPM.

Of course, we still have the Webb Motorsports Head, which we have made small improvements to. This maintains our position as the best flowing head on the market - backed up with flow charts included with every head!

On the development front, we are working with several manufacturers, as well as doing our own development to bring to market several new products.

First, the intercooler units are getting interesting - from the Alta intercooler with its new cast end caps and lower pricing, to the GRS intercooler we will be testing within the next few weeks, to the RMS water-air intercooler with its dedicated core, unlike the units on the market that use the stock core as a baseline.

We are also working with M7 to develop an Autorotor supercharger replacement which will be significantly more efficient than the current Eaton supercharger and allow us to build kits with much higher possible horsepower with the same reliability.

Along a parallel development path, we are going ahead with a turbo replacement for the supercharger on the S. This is a project that we are already making significant progress with. A manifold for the turbo is already finished, ECU control through the Unichip takes care of fuel and electronics, and a turbo has been selected. Again, we will be able to make significant power without sacrificing reliability.

Work across the pond has been going well too - and Webb Motorsports has been in discussions with Franz of MTH to import several products currently under development.

We are working with Mark here on NAM to introduce Webb Motorsports items here on the NAM store, as well as implement online ordering. Webb Motorsports Stage Packages are also in the works. There are plenty of updates to the Catalog at the website, so check that out too.

Finally, a new Unichip should be available by the first quarter of next year. This unit will be the end all for ECU programming - a Palm interface with five separate maps, 40 pin technology, and mulitple driver capability. Keep watching for that!
