Big steps forward Minis!! Pilo Racing and DPR introduces The ONLY titanium valve train upgrades for Mini Coopers. 1 / 2 the weight of stock stamped steel.
They are specially designed to reduce installed spring height by 0.020”. This adds 5 lbs of seat pressure, and 8lbs at full valve lift without the use of shims. We designed this into the program to compensate for the valve job machining process.
The DPR/Pilo retainers are the perfect solution in lightening your valve train. DPR/Pilo retainers are a solution for Mini Cooper valve train problems associated with camshaft upgrades and high RPM application.
Pilo Racing and DPR also stock a selection of valve spring shims for balancing spring pressures.
