Highlights:
Part time: 5-10 hours a week. Anytime during the day- but ideally split throughout the day-30 minutes to a hour a day. How cool is that!

Work remotely: Work wherever you want. Pay based on number of posts or other efforts as noted below- TBD with interview and further discussion.
Basics: Post and interact on various MINI forums, Facebook, Instagram and other social media outlets as a OutMotoring employee. Generate blog posts on our website reviewing products or noting new products we offer.

OutMotoring.com is a MINI focused internet retailer based in Knoxville, TN and has been in business since 2003. We were one of the first to enter the MINI accessory and parts market and are one of the leading retailers in the industry.

We're constantly growing and adding new products to our website and have an active web presence on facebook, pinterest, northamericanmotoring.com, 6speedonline.com, instagram, email newsletter, in house blog and other venues.

Job Description
We are looking for a individual to support our online marketing efforts. We envision having a person that can work from anywhere in the US. This person would ideally meet the following requirements.

- Have a strong mastery of the English language (as in NO bad grammar, spelling errors, slang, etc when representing us),
- Have a good attitude and be cool headed- and have a proven track record online.
- Be well versed in MINI models and MINI ownership, parts and accessories.
- Have owned a MINI for at least 3-4 years and ideally owned 2-3 (or more) models over the years
- Must know and understand the differences between the full MINI model range from the R50 to the F60 and know what each model is and how each differs from another.
- Have a user account with history of posting on public MINI forums such as NorthAmericanMotoring and m-oto ring-all-ian ce.com
- Have done some basic DIY installations of parts and accessories.
- Be willing to create a new user account as an employee of OutMotoring in order to post on the various sites noted. New account will have a
- Be sensitive to posting as a NON employee if he or she maintains his ‘member’ account as to not blur the line between employee of OutMotoring and a forum member.
- Have time available to work as little as 30 minutes a day- a few days a week.

Proposed Tasks:
  • Post as a employee of OutMotoring.com on NorthAmericanMotoring, mo-torin-g-all-ian-ce.com or other forums within approved guidelines and in repsonse to forum member questions, comments, concerns or other threads.
  • Post on facebook groups such as League of Extraordinary MINIacs (with approval of the group owner) linking to or highlighting products on the OM site.
  • Generate new threads that generate interest in products offered at OutMotoring.com and followup with information and supply answers as needed.
  • Add links with images (when possible) embedded into the thread (we can train you how this is done) in response to forum members requests. Sample: A member is looking to replace a door lock mechanism for his R53. You would respond with a link and a picture of the part from our website and add some basic notes such as a link to a thread or instructions.
  • If this person has interest in writing how-to articles, product reviews or blog posts we would be thrilled.
  • Each day or week generate a summary email of marketing efforts executed with links to the threads or posts for review by OutMotoring.com staff.


$$ Payment:
We are proposing that this position is paid not by the hour but by the actual efforts made throughout each day. As this can be done throughout the day it would difficult to ‘clock in’ and ‘clock out’. We will need to assess what the value of each post or action is and pay weekly based on those actions. As this is a new concept for us we are not sure how to really work this out and are open to ideas.
