Over the past several months, we've had an increasing amount of orders being shipped to US Military APO and FPO addresses. Many of these contain notes to the order recipient from familiy and friends back home that I wish I could reprint here.

I haven't thought of this, but it seems there are some MINIs being built for servicemen and women that are being delivered when there new owners are in Iraq, Afghanistan or wherever. I have this picture of a guy in uniform on a laptop somehwere, choosing his colors and options at MINIUSA.com.

Whatever your stance on these wars, these young people are fighting and sacrficing while we motor around in our MINIs enjoying the freedoms of our great and much divided country.

So... here's what I can do:
1.Beginning today (should've been sooner, I know) a 25% percent discount will apply to all orders being shipped to US APO addresses.

2. Short notice, but I'm going to try to pull together as many California MINI and Mini owners for a Memorial Day weekend parade to honor our troops. We'll meet in downton Los Angeles and Parade all the way down Sunset Blvd to the beach for a rockin picnic/BBQ. If anyone would like to help please email me; jeff@miniswag.com. I'm working on getting some car flags donated for this event.

3.The MINIs on PARADE T shirt is I now and available for this ordering at
e Disabled Veterans Association.If anyone would like to help with this project, please email me.I'm working to find MINI owners in the service to that we can send them shirts (not easy).
