Carbon weave MFSW inserts.

You have been asking for it and now CooperGear has brought it to you! These happen to be Hyper Blue but you can have them finished in almost ANY color.

Yes, they are not real carbon fiber, they are custom finished to look like a carbon weave. Here is the process.

1. The part is sanded to remove any finishes that may exist on the part.
2. The part is primed.
3. The part is painted with the appropriate base coat, in this case Hyper Blue.
4. The part is decorated. The selected finish is printed on a sheet of PVA that is cut to the correct size for the part. The sheet is floated on the surface tension of the water in the temperature controlled tank. An activator is sprayed to activate the ink and prepare it for the part. The part is lowered through the ink, the water pressure pushing it evenly around all the contours and it chemically bonds to the paint. Part is rinsed in water and dried.
5. Part is clear coated and finished.

Get your inserts finished today for only $100.00 for all three parts.
