• Excellent writing/email skills.
• Able to come up to speed quickly on product lines and workings of the Yahoo! Store system, spreadsheets, Word, etc.
• Great attitude dealing with customer emails.
• Approximatel 10-20 hours per week-More from Nov to Jan.
• Illustrator/Photoshop skills would make your position more that Customer Service.
