Hi folks,

Since the launch of Motor Swag Grille badges in June, I have filled over 400 badge orders, that is an average of about 70 badges per day! Thank you for the support!

However, the launch was not without its glitches and I need some help from those of you who received partial shipments or who are still waiting for any badge to arrive.

Because various Grille Badges had different availability dates, I shipped some orders with partial fulfillment so that you'd have immediately what I had in stock and/or your holder was shipped from the PA shipping center and your badge has not yet been shipped from CA. This process has screwed myself and you, because my record of which orders were shipped incomplete is somewhat incomplete.

So..if you are missing any badges from any order, please email me with "Missing Badges" in the subject line (do not PM) with

1. your order number or
2. your full name, if you don't have your order number
3. what you are missing
4. what you have rec'd.

The Glitches have been ironed out and ordering/shipping/production has been smoothed to prevent this from happening in the future. The PA shipping center will handel future badge shipments instead of me shipping from my office in CA (where they are made).

Some of you are upset and rightly so. Please know that your situation will be handled efficiently and as speedily as possible.

I am migrating MotorSwag grille badges to it's own shopping cart which will help immensely and eliminate confusion over shipping charges (because Motorswag.com's shipping is figured on item count and order $ total). First Class Mail will be offered at a savings which has not been available for shirt/swag orders.

A new person has been added to MS staff to assist in design execution and another person has been hired to make sure emails are promptly answered as we expect a record holiday season for MINI Pajamas, Build Your OWN MINI shirts, Badges and other new products.

re: Custom badges and eyes(interior and exterior)
I have about 30 custom badge and eyes orders pending shipment. Most custom badges are finished and the shipping of the orders is being processed. Custom eyes are soon to be finished.

Please, even if you have emailed regarding your order, resend it?
If you have had a delayed order, I will be sending a coupon for a free badge to show my appreciation for your patience.

They are production (some submitted art was not ready for prime time...some still isn't and these design/prizes will follow shortly).

I have our situation under control now and will go into a more complete explanation over the weekend.

• All non-shipped badge orders are shipping this week.
• Custom Badges are a bit behind them or are on schedule.
• Custom eyes are going out early next week.
• Custom Exterior Eyes are about 7 days away, if you have not already rec'd a shipping notice or if I am waiting for art confirmation.
• Custom Build your own Shirts are somewhat delayed but all art will be printed on outstanding orders by Friday.
• Grille Badge Design Contest Prizes are in line to be printed within the week.

Seems like "too many customs" is my issue here as well as other things. I'll be adjusting that.
