Which badges qualify? For the most part it's the Red/White/Blue theme found on at least 8 badges. You will be notified on the site before you pay whether or not all of your selections will be discounted and then you can either add more or make the tough choices.

Why not all of them at rock bottom pricing? Because there's no way I can put all of them in production at the same time and keep the quality as high as it must be.
