check your rear swaybar setting. if it's not on stiff change it to
stiff and let us know how that improves.

changed it to full stiff, cant say it helped any. cornering around town yes, but not with the sway on the highway. i wonder, where is the nearest mini shop or tech closest to the border? i live 2 hours from buffalo, i would love for someone to drive my car and see for themselves. mayb they would have a solution? anyone know? i would be willing to drive out and meet someone and get some ideas.

Are your problems vibration or swaying? The high speed swaying is an alignment issue. Vibration is from the wheels, tires, or drive train ( CV joint, driveshaft).

i have minor vibration, but that is from bad balancing i am sure. my main BIG problem is swaying. so you're saying that once i go in and get an alignment done, the car should feel solid on the road?
