I did an online search......posted...... then did a NAM search.
If anybody needs me, I'll be out back stacking greased BBs.

Carbotech is working on R53 JCW and R56 front brake pads, but last I heard there's been a production delay. I also heard Satisfied is "a few months out" from producing their OEM replacement R53 JCW front pad.

In the meantime, keep those wheels cleaned on a daily basis!

Thanks Aaron for confirming what I thought/feared. When I took a look at the R56's rear brakes, I noticed the calipers are now TRW instead of the ATE's used on the R53, so I suspected a different pad would be used too. Darn, more waiting for aftermarket to retool and catch up.

My MA claimed that the R56 brakes are the JCW brakes from 2006. Is that not the case?

The fronts seem to be the same casting...the rears are different...

i emailed carbotech a couple weeks ago about getting preformance pads for the R56 and they told me it would be a couple weeks so they might have them now.

Out Motoring carries Hawk brand ceramics that I put on a couple of months ago. They are fantastic, I hardly accumulate any brake dust and they stop just fine! Here's a link...

For Hawk Ceramic's from Aaron at Outmotoring. They dust very little & stop fine for my needs.

Hawk would be nice, but we ain't getting no R56 loving from the aftermarket brake pad suppliers. I will be very glad when they finally get them to market.

I'm just a bit surprised no one has come out with R56 pads yet. I'm sure they will, but why it's been so long without any is the big question.

I cant believe it either. Especially with such a need for them. Well, in my eyes anyways with white rims and all.
