Yes, from the usual suspects like McGard.
While going to studs is one option, it's not necessary. Lug bolts in longer lengths are readily available, for instance from Tire Rack.
You're not actually driving your car with "barely any threads," right?

there are many many options, lugs out number bolts. i suggest mcgard splinedrive lugs and locks, you can get them at summitracing
